Charlotte out to Union County and over the line
Ten towns across Mecklenburg, Union and York County, on both sides of the state line.
Our own Google listing says it plainly: located in Charlotte, serving Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Rock Hill and all surrounding areas. Those four are named by us. The other six on this page are inside that surrounding area and inside half an hour of the yard.
Two of them are in South Carolina. Rock Hill and Fort Mill are York County, which means South Carolina permitting rather than Mecklenburg's for anything that needs an inspection. Same concrete, different paperwork, and it is worth having somebody who has done both.
Why the town matters to the quote
The housing stock changes what the job is. Indian Trail and Fort Mill are subdivisions from the 2000s, so they are builder driveways reaching the end of their life and back yards that were never finished. Matthews is mature trees and lifted walkways. Waxhaw, Weddington and Mint Hill are acre lots where the driveway is a private road and there is usually an outbuilding involved.
Pricing a job in one of those as though it were a job in another is how a quote comes in wrong. It is also why we come out and look rather than working off a photo.
